U CAN BE HEROES
Change the World U's mission with the U Can Be Heroes program for cafes is to bring to the general public the nourishing value of a playful and heartwarming series of storybooks with the setting at a cafe called Star Cups Cafe, where every cup is five stars. But this is not all. The main goal is to bring to the general public the value of a discovery of a law of nature on how harmony works, to inspire and encourage more balanced growth in our lives.

For Schools
Change the World U's mission with the U Can Be Heroes program is to educate, nourish and grow children's hearts alongside their minds. Our kindergarten through high school materials encourage students to value the healing and harmonizing power of wholeness in their actions through a groundbreaking approach.
Looking to the extraordinary human body as a blueprint design for a whole system, we uncover several behaviors that share a relationship with several of our body's organs.
Majestically, shared functional commonalities exist between organs and behaviors! With the body's organs as an anchor for the choice of behaviors, objectivity abounds. The body contains a blueprint for behavioral wholeness and offers a unique and innovative approach to teaching wholeness in human actions.
Are you curious? Would you like to know some functional commonalities that unite a particular behavior to a specific body part? Here are a few: Pumping (giving and receiving), processing, and signaling. What are the behaviors and body parts that share these functions? Love and the heart share the role of pumping (giving and receiving), thoughtfulness and the brain share the role of processing, and responsiveness and the nerves share the role of signaling.
Throughout the program, children learn the value of parts to wholes and parts to behavioral wholeness, with the body as the anchor for choosing behavioral parts. It is an extraordinarily engaging, enlightening, powerfully healing, and harmonizing program for children and communities.

The Challenge
Project Objective
People talk about wanting to change the world. That's because they perceive that there are some problems that need to be resolved. To one person, the problems of the world might be economic imbalances to another person, perhaps a mom of young children, the problem might be a lack of control over media information coming into their home. To still another person, the problem might be how to bring a new beneficial product to the world, or for another, it might be feeling the limits of society in allowing them to fulfill their dreams. Regardless of where you perceive the problems of the world to be, at its root, all our personal, organizational, and societal problems are a result of a lack of understanding and utilization of a systems reality that there are parts to wholes in all realms. Recognizing this as the root problem is half the solution.
