Using Google alerts pick out the best news about your niche, it is ok if you are a few days behind the pack, create a article or review about the best of the news in your niche. Use a Tubemogul type software to submit your videos to multiple video sites. Make sure you use your longtail and keyword phrases

DO a 30 minute Podcast using Talkshoe based on Questions and answers in your niche.
2 Hours (once a month) when people have questions via email, phone, save them into one document, by all means answer the question when asked.
Plan on documenting as many quaesions as possible these will become conent in the future, written and can easily be translated into Podcast questions and then A screencaprutre video.

Follow up on all email, friends, direct messages, This is very important because data overload sets in quickly. 2 hours

Write the content for your next niche website (once a month) 2-3 pages 2 hours

Spend 1 hour following your followers or automate on Twitter

Spend 1 hour contacting a new Non-Profit in your niche.

Spend 1 hour and call the people you love

Spend 1 hour and make sure you got everything done for the week if you have, grab a few moments of r&r.
